I don't really have much to eat lately because I've been too busy working on papers. English muffin is nothing like American muffin, but it keeps my energy to last bit longer than being in hunger. I am glad that I manage to get it submitted and now fingers-crossed. I hope that I could be able to submit a solid journal in next 3 month.

I like muffins.....no matter English or American But I think jam works better on scones. Yummmmm
Although I kind of agree with you about the combination of jam and scone, my limitation to the taste of sweetness is far too low to enjoy sweet scone with sweet jam. Remember that Harrod's tea time we had together? I can't manage that jam at all. just too rich for me.

English muffin is widely eaten in Britain, particularly with other savoury breakfast foods such as bacon, fried egg and sausage.
I love English muffin too, especially the cinnamon raison ones~
I think it's American version's English muffin :D
