I've been suffering from migraine for several years. Lately migraine comes with period time and gets stronger and stronger. I've been feeling sick and seriously headache for 3 days and don't know what to do with it. I can't work, can't concentrate on study and can't even think; am especially sensitive to sound and light. Are there any tips to reduce migraine or reduce the headache while suffering from it? I heard that using cold tower on top of the forehead could reduce the headache symptom, and am trying it now. it does help. Well, I don't know what to do but just want to get rid of this migraine problem. IT'S KILLING ME!!!

Sleeping is the best medicine. Try to sleep as long as you can with a relaxing mind these two days.

Hi! Chiyun, I don't know if you heard that many causes of magraine relate to food. Paul, and many of his family and my Maxican friend, David, all suffer from terrible magraine. You can find a food list on the internet, which cause magraine. (Well, different people have different causes, of course.) If you can now start observe what kind of food or what combination of foods would cause your migraine, simply avoiding those foods will help you away from it. Paul's Grandad's cause is cheese, Paul's uncle is tomatos and Paul is organges (including any organge family)and the combination of organge juice and chocolate. Once he had these foods, he is quickly sensitive to light and the migraine comes.
He had to hide himself in a dark place for the whole day to wait to revover from it before. It was a terrible experience for both of us. We are so happy that he finally finds what causes it, which was not long ago, and Paul has not got it again since 2005. Poor David has not found his cause yet and his friend bought him a book, Migraine, to help him to identify his problem. I foten saw David suggering from it and felt so sorry for him and thus totally understand your situation. Normal pain killers will not help you, but the pharmacy will sell something particularly for it. Before finding your cause, it is worth of trying.
