This summer is quite productive and still many things need to be achieved by the end of August.
- House-moving...Done. (A stressful week of moving.)
- Landline.......Don't know when could be sorted out.
- Internet.......2 weeks after sorting out my landline problem.
- Visiting Ariel at Glasgow next saturday and going to Edinburgh together on Sunday as a day trip, then back to her Kilmonack luxury flat for a night. Then, continuing my trip to Sheffield, I still need to some work there for several days. At the end, I'll be back to Manchester!!! (WORK! WORK! WORK!)
- Finishing Marketing Professor's data transcription for NVIVO analysis. (It's good to have some good income. Quoting from Marketing professor's word: "I am aware that I owe you a lot of money!")
- Got Kathy's feedback (my bloody exmainer), I got B1, and going to re-submit my thesis after I clarify the 'definite article-THE' word in my writing. She is really a bloody and critical xxxxx. My boss comments, "she criticises your English but cannot spell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but I think she is still inconsistent and wrong." My boss is so damn right about her!
- Preparing work to meet some key professors for my research ideas and journal publishing.
- Working on funding proposals.
- Buying a laptop, may go for Dell again.
- Considering getting an Iphone 3G due to unlimited internet surf!
- Preparing to work in my school, Manchester Business School, UK in September 1, 2008! (YAH!, I got a full-time job offer! The official letter should arrive by the end of August as well. Fingers-crossed!) Again, my boss is the bestest!
I am so ready to work (so EXCITING about it), and will do some teaching in university, but my main job responsibility is still in research and paper-publishing.
The next thing for me to figure out is: When will be my holidays!?!?!?!
